Ndindi Nyoro, you're criticizing SHA for lower monthly collections than NHIF. But you're the one who pushed to securitize the Road Maintenance Levy Fund, and as budget chair you directed its proceeds to your own constituency at a disproportionate scale. You can't have it both ways. When greed and marginalisation get normalised, equity and fair distribution become a hard pill to swallow.
