Words matter. Trump and Bessent say “dividend” and “assets” on purpose. They created a Sovereign Wealth Fund and bought stakes in Intel and mining companies on the public’s behalf. So I don’t expect a one-time check; I expect yearly or quarterly dividends paid from tariffs and fund profits. The tax cuts already signal the direction: the country ran on tariffs before the income tax, and these checks are the bridge back to that. Tone rewrite only.
